Discover the agenda of the Meetings dell'Albero d'Oro in autumn 2024. These are free events that bring Palazzo Vendramin Grimani to life all year round. On the occasion of the Biennale Arte 2024 Collateral Event exhibition, Per non perdere il filo. Karine N'guyen Van Tham - Parul Thacker, Fondazione dell'Albero d'Oro a series of encounters embracing Venetian literature, art and history, in line with the theme of the 2024 exhibition season.

Meet the Artist - Karine N'guyen Van Tham in residence at Palazzo Vendramin Grimani

French artist of Vietnamese origin Karine N'gyen Van Tham will be at Palazzo Vendramin Grimani for the third and final part of her artistic residency.

N'guyen Van Tham will complete her work inspired by the city of Venice, À corps ouvert, in the atelier of the palazzo and, on the days the exhibition is open to the public, it will be possible to meet the artist at work.

Saturday 5 October, 11 a.m.

Installation and presentation of the work realised during the residency À corps ouvert

At the end of N'guyen Van Tham's artistic residence period, the work À corps ouvert will be presented to the public and exhibited in the presence of the artist and the curator in the Hall of the Four Families of Palazzo Vendramin Grimani.

Participation is free of charge with respect to the admission ticket.

Art historian Ileana Chiappini di Sorio, a former official of the Correr Museum in Venice, professor of art history at Ca' Foscari University, member of the Italian Institute of Castles, vice-president of the Ateneo Veneto, honorary president of the Associazione Amici dei Musei di Venezia, presents the collection of fans now on display at Palazzo Vendramin Grimani.
