In order to ensure the well-being and safety of each visitor, it is mandatory that the visiting conditions laid down in this Regulation are complied with.
ARTICLE 1: SCOPE OF APPLICATION
Admission to Palazzo Vendramin Grimani, individually or in a group, is subject to the unconditional acceptance of all the provisions of these regulations.
In the event of non-compliance with one or more of these provisions, the Fondazione dell’Albero d’Oro reserves the right to ask the offender to leave the premises of the Palace immediately and without any compensation.
In addition, the Fondazione dell’Albero d’Oro declines all liability for any damage of any kind to things or people caused by failure to comply with this regulation.
ARTICLE 2: APPLICATION OF THIS REGULATION
Staff shall be authorised to apply the provisions of this Regulation.
To this end, staff shall ensure that visitors comply with these provisions and give appropriate instructions.
In the event of non-compliance with these provisions, especially if the currencies' Endanger the security of property and persons, the staff of the Fondazione dell’Albero d’Oro will be the opportunity to dismiss offenders.
ARTICLE 3: CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS
Where necessary, the Fondazione dell’Albero d’Oro reserves the right to take legal action against any offender.
ARTICLE 4: MOVEMENT
Visitors are requested to circulate only in the premises inside Palazzo Vendramin Grimani open to the public.
In this regard, visitors are invited to comply with the following access restrictions:
ARTICLE 5: CHILDREN
The Fondazione dell’Albero d’Oro strongly recommends parents not to leave children under the age of twelve without adult supervision.
In case of non-compliance, the Fondazione dell’Albero d’Oro declines responsibility for any kind of fact, conduct or damage involving a minor without the supervision of an adult.
During the visit, as a family or as a group, children must remain in the care of their parents and guardians, who are required to ensure their continued and constant supervision.
ARTICLE 6: CHECKS
Depending on the circumstances or in response to requests from public authorities, the Fondazione dell’Albero d’Oro reserves the right to carry out a check of the luggage and personal effects of visitors in order to maintain the highest level of security.
These operations can be carried out both at the entrance of Palazzo Vendramin Grimani and at the exit; visitors are invited, in their own interest and that of third parties, to undergo the aforementioned checks.
The staff responsible for the control operations shall be authorised to seize and deliver the personal effects of the visitors, where necessary depending on the circumstances.
ARTICLE 7: VISITOR BEHAVIOUR
Visitors are invited to behave appropriately during their visit to Palazzo Vendramin Grimani; visitors are asked in particular to refrain from behaving contrary to public order and morality.
In addition, visitors undertake not to disturb the peace and quiet of other visitors through the adoption of hostile, excessive or ostentatious behavior. If this provision is not complied with, the staff of the Fondazione dell’Albero d’Oro is authorized to intervene, even at the request of other visitors.
In this regard, visitors are requested to:
ARTICLE 8: ANIMALS
Dogs, cats and other animals are not allowed inside the spaces of Palazzo Vendramin Grimani. Animals cannot be left tied to any structure within the operating area of Palazzo Vendramin Grimani. In the event of non-compliance, the Fondazione dell’Albero d’Oro may at any time request the intervention of an outside person with legal authority.
ARTICLE 9: WARNINGS
The Fondazione dell’Albero d’Oro draws the attention of visitors to the warnings displayed, through signs or other signs, at the entrance of each room of the Palazzo Vendramin Grimani. In addition, for security reasons, visitors are requested not to stop at the entrance and exit of the halls of the Palace. In case of non-compliance with these instructions, the Fondazione dell’Albero d’Oro declines any kind of liability, in particular in the event of damage.
In accordance with Decree No 96-926 of 17 October 1996 on video surveillance for security in places open to the public, the Fondazione dell’Albero d’Oro informs visitors that they are being filmed by a video surveillance system.
ARTICLE 10: PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Visitors are required to keep their belongings, such as clothes, bags, glasses, cameras, etc.
In case of loss or damage, the Fondazione dell’Albero d’Oro will decline any action of retaliation proposed against him.
A wardrobe and a locker for large bags and backpacks are available to visitors free of charge. However, the Fondazione dell’Albero d’Oro shall not be held liable in any way for any damage or theft or loss of objects, personal effects or valuables deposited, which have not been expressly declared and identified at the time of deposit.
ARTICLE 11: IMAGE RIGHTS OF THE FONDAZIONE DELL’ALBERO D’ORO
Visitors can freely take photographs inside the premises of Palazzo Vendramin Grimani. However, any type of video recording, even amateur, on any type of device inside Palazzo Vendramin Grimani is prohibited. In case of non-compliance, the staff in charge is authorized to intervene and may request the cancellation of all recordings made in contravention of this provision.
This provision may be waived only if professionals have obtained the permit, by prior agreement with the Fondazione dell’Albero d’Oro, to make video recordings of the spaces of Palazzo Vendramin Grimani.
In this regard, interested professionals should contact the Fondazione dell’Albero d’Oro in advance, in order to be able to agree on such permission.
ARTICLE 12: UNAVAILABILITY
La chiusura di una o più sale di esposizione, per qualsiasi motivo, non dà diritto ad alcun tipo di risarcimento. Lo stesso vale nel caso in cui tutto o parte del Palazzo Vendramin Grimani non sia disponibile a causa del maltempo o altra forza maggiore.
